• DAY 72 Seattle, WA (April 8th, 2012) Tonight I performed at the Seamonster Lounge in Wallingford.  It being Easter my brother and I decided to have an Easter Egg Hunt at the show.  We bought colored plastic eggs and put chocolates inside.  He hid them all around the club and once I started to play we announced whoever finds the most eggs we will buy that person a drink – somehow all the eggs were found within minutes – lol! It was an amazing show and a wonderful crowd.  My high school teacher came out with her husband – I was shocked and absolutely delighted to see her. She now lives on the west coast and was so psyched that I came to perform for her!  I think this is one of the aspects of touring that I love sooo much.  It’s like when you get married and all your friends gather in one place and it’s an overwhelmingly joyful experience.  Well, the dates and cities and venues all start to blend together and you feel like everyone is together – and then  you realize how interconnected we are and the mere thought of that idea brings tears to my eyes.  Another funny thing that happened was a new fan came up to me afterwards and congratulated me on the show.  He said he enjoyed it so much that he wanted to invite me to smoke some cannabis with him.  I thanked him for his enthusiasm and politely declined.  But, here is a video of a song from the show!: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwQ01JRHq-k&feature=youtube_gdata_player
